Peanut buttercream with crunchy

Ingredients
Dessert For 6 people
for 6 small glasses of approx. 1 dl
180 g of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
0.5 dl of coconut cream, in speciality stores
60 g of powdered sugar
2.5 dl of cream
40 g of peeled Arachis
2 tablespoons of sugar

With the electric mixer, blend the peanut butter with the vanilla, coconut cream and icing sugar. Whip the cream and add it to the peanut cream. Pour the cream into the small glasses and refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the peanuts. Heat the sugar in a pan until it starts to caramelize. Add the chopped peanuts and mix them well with the sugar. Pour the mixture onto baking paper and let it cool. Coarsely chop the crunchy, spread it over the cream and serve.
